Live Life Simply
I have found that life shouldn't be lived to accumulate things but lived as a verb.

Freezing Onions
This is the first time I tried this. I cut up my whole bag of onions and freezed them. I took the outside skin off and rinsed them. I put them to the side on a paper towel to dry. Make sure they are dry before cutting. After cutting I put them in a container and marked. They should last 6 months in the freezer. This is great now I can get just the amount I need with no cutting and wasting what I don't use.
My husband was the guinea pig and I used them in a wrap for him. He said he couldn't tell they were frozen. (and if you know my husband he is very picking and tells what's on his mind)
